Dutch language
Dutch translation
Documents for the Netherlands and Belgium, with a sworn translator from the state register. We check the receiving authority's requirements first.
How we work
In the Netherlands an official translation is made by a beëdigd vertaler — a sworn translator entered in the state Rbtv register; municipalities, the IND and courts accept their work. Flanders maintains its own Belgian register. A Ukrainian notarised translation is not accepted by these authorities, so we determine the route by the country and the body receiving the document.

Frequently asked questions
What is a beëdigd vertaler?
A sworn translator from the Dutch state Rbtv register. Their signature and stamp make a translation official without a notary. For submissions to the IND, a gemeente or a court, one is usually mandatory.
Is an apostille required?
For a Ukrainian document, yes — both countries are party to the Hague Convention. The apostille is obtained in Ukraine, before translation.
