How we work
Georgian has its own alphabet, and that is not a decorative detail: in documents it means separate work on how names and titles are rendered, because they cannot be transferred by analogy. Georgia is a party to the Hague Convention, so documents are generally legalised by apostille, but the certification requirement for the translation is set by the receiving institution. Both things — spelling and certification — are agreed before the work, not during it.

How will my name be spelled in the translation?
As in the current international passport. If there is none, we agree the spelling before starting and keep it identical across every document in the file.
Is an apostille placed on Georgian documents?
Georgia is a party to the Hague Convention, so an apostille generally applies. The specific route depends on the issuing authority and on where the document is submitted.
Is the original document required?
For notarial certification, usually yes. For a translation under the agency seal a good scan is often enough — it depends on the institution's requirements.
Do you provide interpreting in Georgian?
