How we work
Armenian work is almost always two-way: either Ukrainian documents are prepared for institutions in Armenia, or Armenian documents are submitted in Ukraine. What decides the process is not the language but the legalisation route and which authority issued the document. Armenia is a party to the Hague Convention, so an apostille generally applies, but the order of steps depends on the receiving institution — we check the route before starting, because an apostille and a translation done in the wrong order mean redoing everything.

Frequently asked questions
Do you translate directly or through Russian?
Directly. Going through an intermediate language doubles the places where meaning is lost, and institutions notice it precisely in names, authority titles and wording.
How is an Armenian name rendered?
As in the current international passport where there is one, and consistently across the whole file. For documents with no Latin spelling we agree the variant before starting.
Can you work with a Soviet-era document?
Often an archival reference or re-issue in the current form is needed first. Send a photograph and the manager will say whether the existing document is enough.
Do you provide interpreting in Armenian?
Yes — negotiations, notarial acts, accompaniment. We agree the format and subject in advance so the interpreter can prepare.
